MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

Our industry-leading management training program is offered twice yearly. The 6-month program includes:

· Classroom training

· Department rotations

· Extensive on-the-job training

Trainees may be assigned to various geographic locations from Medan to Sorong, so they must be flexible about relocating (*).

Graduates of the program go into several different areas of our business that offer opportunities in credit, marketing and operations.

Depending on your interest and skills, you can choose from a variety of positions, including:

· Marketing Officer : responsible for marketing and business development products for several branches

· Credit Analyst Officer: handles commercial or retail credit analysis, compliance, business portfolio management

· Operational Officer: responsible for administrative and operational back office support at the branch

Management Trainee Marketing Training Program (code: MT – MKT)

Management Trainee Credit Analyst Training Program (code: MT – CA)

We are looking for self-motivated candidates with strong inter-personal, analytical and accounting skills. The candidate must be able to work under a fast pace environment. To qualify for this Program candidates must:

· have an undergraduate college degree

· work as a Credit Associate/Analyst

· demonstrate competency in accounting

Management Trainee Operation Training Program (code: MT – OPR)

If you are strong in interpersonal, leadership and able to lead a team to work under a fast pace environment and striving for excellent, challenges and opportunities are widely open for you. College graduates with a degree preferably in accounting/ management with GPA ≥ 2,75. Experience in a public firm / bank / finance company is an advantage.
