    Responsible for selling IBM offerings (hardware, software, services and industry services and solutions) to our customers in various industries (telco, petroleum, government, financial services industries etc).


    Position Summary :
    Sales Specialists/Client Relations become specialized in a set of related offerings known as a specialty. They are assigned to specific opportunities or territories where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct the phases of the sales cycle. For assigned opportunities, the Sales Specialist/Client Relations is responsible for closing the sale and positively impacting the customer's satisfaction with the engagement and the offerings. Works under the guidance of a team leader or more experienced sales specialist, or may work independently for specific assignments. Is expected to establish proficiency in the products or services of the assigned specialty and to learn how these are included in total solutions. Is typically assigned small to medium sized opportunities and or enterprise accounts within a business unit, area/country, or industry unit.

    We need someone who has the capability to develop and maintain technical sales knowlesdge of offerings in the specialty, along with financial and selling skills, to effectively handle routine assignments and to assist on more complex assignments, for opportunities within the territory.     3. Able to generate bill of quantity for material, consumable and manpower based on available drawings and/or defined scope of equipment installation or repair works and subsequently produce cost estimation

    4. Have a good understanding on power generation equipment; boilers, steam & gas turbine, generator, environmental products

    5. Good command of English language (spoken and written)

    6. Have a good understanding on contract terms & conditions

    7. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

    The American Indonesia Exchange Foundation (AMINEF) is pleased to announce the availability of approximately 25 awards to be competed worldwide under the aegis of International Fulbright Science and Technology Award for Ph.D. study at top U.S. institutions in science, technology, or engineering for the 2008-2009 academic year matriculants. The Fulbright Program in Indonesia promotes mutual understanding between the Republic of Indonesia and the United States of America through educational exchange and academic scholarship. Fulbright scholarships for this particular program are available to Indonesian citizens with the appropriate qualifications as stipulated below.

    ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

    Applicants will possess:

    a Bachelor and/or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.00 scale). Undergraduate students who will complete the degree before August 1, 2008 may also apply.
