Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to achieve sales target while at the same time maintaining close relationship and excellent service to the customers. You are also responsible to coach, to motivate and to lead your sales team in order to maintain excellent work performance.
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 28 years old
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience as Sales / Marketing Supervisor, preferably in Pharmaceuticals or Fast Moving Consumer Goods company.
- Willing to be placed at any region in Indonesia
- Have "C" license and have own motorcycle
- Leaderships, selling, and human relation skills are compulsory
