Required Qualifications and Skills :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
Having experience at least 3 (three) years as teller/customer service/operation in banking industry
Have been in the supervisory level for at least 1 (one) year of experience
Have good understanding on accounting principles & practices
Demonstrate high service orientation with good judgment and problem solving skills
Good people management and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
PC literate, Risk focus and attention to detail
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
Will be placed at Palembang Branch
