- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 1-2 years experience as Marketing funding in Local or Foreign Bank
- Proactive in seeking new business opportunities and follow up existing clients in order to increase sales revenue for the business
- Able to work effectively as in individual and also in a team environment
- A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
- Able to work under tight deadline
- Excellent selling and networking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to attend regular after officer hour events
- Proficiency in using Microsoft application is a must
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English (fluency in Japanese will be an advantage)
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang
